LOL Byrne

We've had Dylan Moran, and now we're getting Ed Byrne. Another horribly attractive Irish comedian. Because his routines are fairly short I decided to pick two out for you. The first is on goths and emos. I absolutely love this bit, as a former goth myself. Though like him I was too much of a Prince fan to truly commit. Though for me it wasn't Prince it was Savage Garden.

The next one is a really short bit on the flaws and problems and evil that is the movie Back To The Future. It's stuff we all knew was wrong with it, but it's still hilarious.

I really wouldn't want to watch that movie with my ma.

Have fun guys and I hope you get a good laugh.

EDIT: I've now fixed and re-added the first video. Hopefully it will stay this time.

  1. I hope you notice that the first video is AWOL...

  2. The first time I saw Byrne was in a really small club and he was a bit awkward and hadn't found his style yet. When he did develop as a comedian his popularity grew. Looking back I had no idea he would achieve the level of fame he has.

  3. Oh man this back to the future video is hilarious, this guy is a serious comedic talent even though I can't see the first one right now.

  4. This guy is hilarious. I never even thought about how likely it would be that MJF's character would definitely be recognized by his parents in his teen years. I am only sorry I didn't get to see the first video.

    1. The only way I could leave a comment was by replying to Nellie, I hope that both you and she don't mind - computer quirks and all that sort of thing.

In any case, I wasn't able to watch the video - but just wanted to say hello lol... hope you're having a great day!

  5. The first video doesn't show up for me right now.

But yeah, he makes a great point when it comes to BttF. Awkward and fucked up indeed. I wouldn't want to see my son being my best high-school pal, really.

  6. I've never heard of this guy but I like him. Thanks for sharing and thanks for the giggle.

  7. oh! thank thank thank you for this. I need this at this very moment since I still have lots of blog to read :D

    this made me stay up..HAHA!

  8. I could only get to watch the Back to the Future video too, but as he is one of my favourite comedians, I've think I've already seen it.
    Thanks for the laugh! ;)

  9. ha. You know I NEVER thought about Marty's parents freaking out when their boy grows up and looks exactly like their mysterious high school buddy Calvin Klein. Funny stuff.

  10. MAN, this is good stuff~! I think I heard about him recently from a ladyfriend - 's somethin' to check out now, y'know?

Thanks for the heads up on a new comedian for me, Mark. :D

  11. I too am blown away about his observations on Back the the Future. That never even dawned on me. Though I bet it is something Bersercules would have noticed.

  12. What I got from that is that Savage Garden were popular outside Australia. Never would have picked it.

  13. Haha, had a laugh at the back to the future one.

  14. Love this guy, he's a genius

Don't forget to subscribe to comments so you know if I say something back. If you want that is.
