Conspiracy? Probably Not

So yesterday was my big 200th post celebration. However, thanks to a mishap involving scheduling (pointed out by Henry, thank you again for that!) barely anyone commented, or actually read it for that matter. Ah well. Anyway, for a picture post today I present to you Conspiracy Keanu. Basically Keanu Reeves looking  all perplexed with possible conspiracy theories as the text. To be honest yes I am running low on ideas for this stuff. Some of these are incredibly stupid, and some are actually brilliantly thought out. Sadly I don't have many for them so you'll have to make do with what you're given.

  1. I've been reading you on and off for the past 2 weeks and you begin most posts with "This isn't going to be very good", "No one is reading/commening/followin" or "I'm out of ideas" I think these things are related. If as a writer you have no confidence and no ideas, it's time to stop for a while. I'm taking time off to go home to Ireland and I know it won't hurt my page. My readers will be here when I get back and I'll be fresh and have new ideas. Take a break, followers don't mean anything in the end, it's readers that matter.

  2. I'm sorry I didn't get to congratulate you on 200 posts yesterday so I will do it now. CONGRATS
This was a really cute post. I tend to agree with the antivirus thing.

  3. @Anne Readers are what matter, and I meant more that I was running out of pictures here. I daren't take a break though. The world may not end if I stop posting but I just can't take that risk. I'm fine really. I don't have much confidence in anything I do. Actually writing has become one of the things I DO have confidence in. Hey maybe I could turn that into a post, thanks!

@Mynx Hehe thank you, better late than never :) The antivirus one did get me thinking, it would explain why the free ones are just as good, they know about this and want to help stop it. They also say that some things are built to break just outside of warranty.

  4. What I missed it? I feel like a bit of an arse now. Congrats anyway.

Also, that dude may not be as dumb as he seems.

  5. @Fang A lot of people missed it lol. It went down in your time line as the day before, you would only have spotted it if you stopped by, or went down way too far in your timeline. I think there's a lot more to Keanu Reeves than we'll ever know.

  6. I saw your 200th post but wasn't able to comment on it at the time :P

I'm glad it's sorted now though and will comment on it now :)

  9. @Hazel yeah we covered that on Twitter :P

@Generally Disgruntled They were surprisingly good movies, and I'm still convinced rock music IS the key to world peace.

  10. Air IS toxic. Oxygen is a metabolic poison. Volcanoes created an atmosphere filled with carbon dioxide first, yeah? Then plant growth on the burgeoning oceans began converting that CO2 and started giving off oxygen. This toxic gas killed everything that couldn't adapt. That kind of thing is why I loved learning in school by the way. Can you imagine what is must have been like when suddenly a poisonous gas starts wafting from the plants? It's like The Happening [2008]. I'm sure the early creatures thought this event sucked just as much.

  11. 2 - I'm pretty sure whoever made this image was inspired by this one:

4 - *software. That's ridiculous. Making stuff costs money, and there are enough viruses already out there that no company is going to invest in making artificial demand for a product that already sells. If anything, they'll all wait for the OTHER guy to make viruses and ride his coattails. Fortunately, this ensures that no-one makes any moves at all.

  12. 5 - It doesn't matter. In fact, that would only help the machines. No one stays in the Matrix that *really* doesn't want to. This is why Zion exists remember? All unstable elements are ejected from the system, gather in one place and are subsequently eradicated.

  13. @Henry Thanks for that. Seriously, very enlightening and it's always good to learn more. I think most people these days probably accept they might just live in a computer simulation.

  14. @Interwebs Fails I'm not saying it was ancient aliens, but it was ancient aliens.

  15. These are great and as a daily reddit user, I love these, they never get old. =]

  16. @Based I didn't get them off Reddit but they do have a lot of decent things over there.

  17. The Anti-Virus one was epic. No doubt about it.

  18. What IF the air was poisonous?
Reminds me of a story (geez, can I be MORE of a tiresome old fart?)
I was standing next to a friend on the flight deck of our aircraft carrier as we returned to our Virginia port after a few weeks at sea. We stared at the happy families waiting to welcome their sailors home.
He: Hey, you know we were just in the Bermuda Triangle, right?
    Me: Yeah. So?
He: So what if we disappeared into another dimension and those people really aren't who they appear to be?
    Me: Would we know?
    He: Nope.
    Me: Then, I don't care.

  19. Oh, congratulations on your 200th post!
If it really IS your 200th post......

  20. @Kbbundingwriter It was a good one but like Henry pointed out, while an evil scheme, it's not totally profitable.

@Al That is a good story actually, well done on getting out of the bermuda triangle alive (as far as you know). This is post 201, yesterday was 200, but thanks :)

  21. The role of Theodore Logan is the greatest that Keanu Reeves has ever played. He took to it like a duck to water.

    ReplyDelete
  22. @Generally Disgruntled Isn't part of that though because it just seems like how he naturally is? He was basically playing himself. Though I will admit he made a better Ted than he did Neo. Again, because he tried to hard to be Ted. I always got Bill and Ted mixed up though, for me Ted looked like a Bill and Bill looked like a Ted.

  23. Will I EVER get tired of Keanu Reeves? Probably not. ha. Congrats on the milestone again sir.

    ReplyDelete
  24. What if Keeanu Reeves is an amazing actor... and everyone else just overacts?

    ReplyDelete
  25. I didn't like the Matrix movies :P

    ReplyDelete
  26. I can't wait for Bill and Ted 3.

    ReplyDelete
  27. @MRanthrope I don't think anyone can get tired of Keanu Reeves, and when you do, there's something else about him to enjoy. Thank you, again.

@Lot's Wife Okay now you just blew my mind.

@Heaven I'm not sure that's possible. You can dislike two and three, but everyone loves The Matrix.

@Shaw That sounds like a conspiracy. As much as I think I would like to see it, there's no real need for a Bill and Ted 3, plus the actors are a lot older now, and George Carlin, who played Rufus, is sadly no longer with us.

  30. We have a cetian amount of heart beats and then we die.

And if the universes are molicules of a larger creature is that creature god or just some really big creature.

    ReplyDelete
  31. @Bersercules I don't think we start out with a set amount of heart beats. They say the heart never tires too. As for the second part, hell that could be the answer to the God question.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I love Keanu Reeves, despite what anyone has to say about him. I also love the way this particular picture makes him seem all befuddled and 'MY LIFE IS A LIE', which is obviously actually in keeping with the whole conspiracy theme.

    1. He isn't that bad, and he sure is cute. Especially when he's all befuddled.
