Just Whose Line IS It Anyway?

Seeing as the comedy video went down alright last week, and our good Hasidic friend was reminded of good times, I thought this time I would actually share something from Whose Line Is It Anyway. In the US version, at the end of the show, they would do a hoedown or an Irish Drinking Song. Some of these were incredibly awesome, so for your viewing pleasure, the Game Show Hoedown

God I love Colin's line about prostitutes.

  4. This brings back memories. It's too bad they don't do this anymore. The funniest one has got to be the Richard Simmons one.

  5. @Film Geek Bastard The guys behind it are doing a new show, and they say they have some of the guys from this on it. The Richard Simmons one was good...but disturbing.

  6. The last time I remember watching this show, I was laying on the couch with the flu or something... Oh, how I miss Whose Line.

  7. @Lot's Wife I'm surprised it didn't cure your flu really.

  8. I liked this show but I like the episodes of the Drew Carey Show when it would be live and they had to improvise their lines better! So funny seeing people make up stuff on the spot!

  9. @Bersercules I have a slight fondness for improv myself. I'll admit I never saw any of the Drew Carrey show though.

  13. @Fang Glad you liked it :) I'm not sure what kind of international viewing this show got.

  14. @My 2 Pesos Fail. That is all. But nah like I said I'm not sure how much of an international viewing this got. It's not like today where lots of shows are broadcast in lots of places.

    @Interwebs fail me too.

  16. @JoshuaTangent I don't know really. There are still some shows that incorporate improvisation, but very few dedicated to it like Whose Line. Though the creators are said to be putting together another show like this.

  17. So according to the trivia section on IMDB many of the cast members also hate the hoe-down.

  18. @Henry Ryan Stiles certainly did. He was only ever not in it once I think. There were times you could tell he was just fed up of doing them.

they actually have the voice. hehe

  25. That's so awesome, did they perform that on the spot? They are all so funny.

  26. @Biff Tanner it was very funny yeah

@Mai Yang I'll agree some of the folks who went on that show were quite cute

@R.gers as far as I know a lot of it was thought up on the spot, but the problem with shows like this not being live is that you don't really know how on the spot it was, but either way it's commendable.

  27. I never understood that show though..

  28. @Cricketfreak There wasn't really much to get. They were given a situation/theme and then improvised comedy incorporating it, that was pretty much it.

  29. They're really good at this. I take improv classes at the local adult school too. Great stress reliever and gets you thinking on your feet.

  30. @ipenka that's pretty cool :) I don't know if you can teach improv though lol. These guys are really good at what they do though that's true.
